'Bundle promo' in UK - Free delivery applies, but items will be sent Recorded Delivery 1st class. Bundle promo begins from May - September 2009 only. Overseas customers - Free Delivery - specified term from May - September 2009. All orders will be dispatched between 7-14 days upon payment. However where there is insufficient stocks a 3 week time period is put into place and notification to the purchaser is advised at every stage via e-mail. All orders are confirmed by e-mail and date of dispatch. FREE - UK Postal cost is charged at £5.40 (until price revision from Royal Mail). FREE Royal Mail - Special Delivery™ Next Day delivery is made by 1.00pm next working day within the UK, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but it is still guaranteed delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm (see www.royalmail.com for further details). If you require delivery on a Saturday (an additional surcharge of £2 should be added to your postal cost). Due to fuel increases all carriers have an obligation to revise their charges. If postal prices increase, we have the right to notify you by e-mail so that you are able to add the additional cost. Fashion-Statement is not obligated to incur these charges. It is your responsibility to pay the correct postal charge. Fashion-Statement is unable to be held responsible for items arriving late due to services out of their control e.g. postal strikes etc. Overseas purchases: 'Royal Mail Airsure signed for', for European and International small packets provides the most cost effect service. We are able to provide via e-mail to the customer the price (prior) to item(s) being ordered/sent out. All Fashion-Statement embroidery collection is unique, therefore due to a large amount of detailed work involved, this may take (approximately) 2 weeks' to prepare (at the present time including delivery). Therefore upon purchasing, we will inform you via e-mail when your garment is ready to be dispatched.

Fashion-Statement reserves the right to change prices or specification when necessary without prior notification.

Within this current line only 100% cotton garments from Gildan and FTL have been used. Every effort is made to source eco-friendly, carbon neutral footprint textiles. We continue to maintain a high standard in this area and where possible will upgrade to a higher quality cotton without damage to the environment.

To provide customer service satisfaction, loyalty and commitment to ALL customers (regardless of where they are in the world).
RETURNS:
· E-mail Fashion-Statement at first point of change.
· Returns authorization note must be completed (RET001b) and returned with the parcel.
· Returning of garment(s) to Fashion-Statement by Recorded Delivery and insured up to the value of the contents therein.
· Garment is unused.
· In its original condition, packaging & unwashed.
· In perfect re-saleable condition with instructions etc., otherwise we are unable to refund you.
To respond to customer's e-mail within 12 hours.
· To send form RET(inc ref number) with depot address for return of garment(s) by email or 1st class post.
· Upon signing of Recorded Delivery item from 'customer' to process and where necessary (replace item with 'f.o.c' post).
· E-mail customer with action taken and where necessary when they will receive their replacement.
Refunds: Any refunds will be made in the same form that payment was used to make the initial purchase and only applies to the item(s). Refunds due to 'no stock' or unable to meet 'customer' timescale will be refunded in full.
· Our delivery charge in your 'original order' is non-refundable if an item(s) is being returned. Delivery charges incurred in sending to us are non-refundable, unless the item(s) is proven to be defective.
Refund process: In the event of having to refund you for any reason, this can take up to '30 days' to show on banking/credit statements, however we always act upon refunds very quickly and we do not hold the money in this period. Timescales are controlled by banking/credit card organizations.
· Personal landline telephone/mobile telephone number/email/address will not be released to any third parties, except in the following situations:
· If required by a courier (Royal Mail)/delivery agent in order to contact you regarding your delivery.
· We will not use your details for any other purpose without your prior consent.
· All personal data are uploaded onto external storage systems and stored away at external locations each evening.
· We are not obliged to supply the merchandise until we have confirmed order acceptance to your order and providing the item(s) are in stock.
· You must ensure that all details required are correctly filled out at the 'check-out' before submitting, including email address, full postal address and payment details.
